PubRevive is operated by an Australian company. The details below are public record and can be verified independently.

Prices and tax

All prices on this site are in US dollars (USD), because most of the people who need this service are outside Australia. Payment is a single one-off charge — there is no subscription, nothing recurring, and no card details are stored by us. Circle Contracting Group Pty Ltd is registered for GST in Australia; if you need a tax invoice for your purchase, email us and we will send one.

Your files

You upload files you own or are entitled to convert. We use them for one thing: converting them and giving them back to you. They are never inspected beyond what the conversion needs, never shared, and never used for anything else.

Your original uploads are deleted from our server the moment conversion finishes. The converted files are deleted seven days after that, along with your download link. Uploads you don't go on to pay for are deleted automatically within a day. Nothing survives that — which also means you should keep your own originals. We are a conversion service, not a backup.

There are no accounts and no mailing list. Payment is handled by Stripe, who receive your payment details directly; we never see your card number.

What we promise, and what we don't

This is an editable rescue, not a pixel-perfect clone. Most documents come through with layout, images and fonts intact; complex layouts can have quirks, and genuinely corrupted files exist in every old archive. Every order ships with a per-file report stating exactly what converted and what did not, so nothing fails silently.

If fewer than 80% of your valid Publisher files fully rescue, we refund you in full — your report shows the number. If the rescue simply isn't useful to you, tell us within 30 days and we will refund you anyway. See the full refund terms.

Important documents deserve a once-over before you send them to print. We convert what you give us; we cannot know what the original was meant to look like.

Consumer rights

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, and nothing on this site limits them. If something goes wrong, email us first — we would rather fix it directly, and we answer within one business day.

If we cannot resolve a matter between us, Australian customers may contact the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (accc.gov.au) or Consumer Protection Western Australia (commerce.wa.gov.au).
